Reporting directly to theChief Executive, you’ll lead critical functions that drive our organization forward—with a hands-on approach and a vision for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Financial Strategy– Oversee month-end closing, intercompany reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure precision and compliance.

Drive HR Excellence– Manage payroll, talent acquisition, performance reviews, training, and employee relations - building a thriving workplace culture.

Optimize Operations– Streamline processes, enhance financial reporting, and provide strategic guidance toMPOA Branches & MPOA Security Services Sdn Bhd (MPOASSSB).

Be a Trusted Advisor– Collaborate with leadership to align financial and administrative goals with business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degreein Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communicatorwith sharp analytical skills to interpret financial data and influence decisions.

Proactive multitasker– You excel at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and solving problems under pressure.

Tech-savvy leader– Proficient inAutoCount, Microsoft Office, and modern HR/finance tools.
