Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Manager for Accounts Payable to oversee daily operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This is a contract-based position located in Bekasi area.

Work you’ll do

Lead and manage daily accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.

• Oversee vendor relationships and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

Monitor payment cycles and ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

Review AP reports, reconciliations, and support month-end closing activities.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate data and financial reporting.

Maintain internal controls and support audit requirements.

Drive process improvements and system automation to enhance efficiency.

Supervise and develop AP staff for high performance and accountability.

Requirements

• Willing to work in the Bekasi area under a contract-based employment status.
• Bachelor’s degree with Min GPA 3.00 in:
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related field
• Min. 10 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role.
• Internships or co-op experience in a finance department may also be accepted.
• Deep knowledge of accounts payable procedures .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus).
• Deep understanding of invoice processing, and payment cycles .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy .
• Effective communication skills (email and phone, especially for vendor communication).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage team and follow structured processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
• Willing to work under contract in Bekasi area.
