Communication & Reporting

Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, architects, and engineers.

Provide regular progress reports on cost, schedule, and performance.

Resolve conflicts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget.

Identify potential risks or delays and implement mitigation plans.

Approve and monitor change orders and variations.
