Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Adhere to and execute all required daily operation SOPs of the hub to the highest standard.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership by managing route leaders and dispatchers to ensure optimal performance of daily operations.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Forecast and plan manpower accordingly; responsible for recruiting part-time dispatchers during peak seasons.
  • Ensure dispatchers' attendance and punctuality.
  • Monitor dispatcher performance and carry out disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Control hub material inventory required for operations.
  • Respond to complaints and answer inquiries effectively.
  • Solve ad-hoc problems with innovative solutions. Think out-of-the-box!
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Able to work extra hours if required.
  • Capable of handling pressure and up for challenges.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week.
