Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to and execute all required daily operation SOPs of the hub to the highest standard.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership by managing route leaders and dispatchers to ensure optimal performance of daily operations.
- Manage daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Forecast and plan manpower accordingly; responsible for recruiting part-time dispatchers during peak seasons.
- Ensure dispatchers' attendance and punctuality.
- Monitor dispatcher performance and carry out disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Control hub material inventory required for operations.
- Respond to complaints and answer inquiries effectively.
- Solve ad-hoc problems with innovative solutions. Think out-of-the-box!
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Able to work extra hours if required.
- Capable of handling pressure and up for challenges.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
