MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME – LOCAL CHEMICAL LOGISTICS

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Phase 1: Foundation & Business Understanding

Gain a solid understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, from order processing to delivery execution in the chemical industry.

Learn the fundamentals of customer service excellence & documentation management, including handling Delivery Orders and compliance-related paperwork.

Understand the critical role of delivery planning in ensuring efficient, safe, and timely chemical product delivery.

Phase 2: Hands-on Training & Real-World Exposure

Work closely with transport planning teams, warehouse staff, and drivers to coordinate deliveries.

Manage customer inquiries, handle order tracking, and resolve logistical challenges related to chemical product transportation.

Optimize delivery routes & schedules to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs in the context of chemical manufacturing.

Verify & process transport documents to ensure accuracy & regulatory compliance in a highly regulated industry.

Phase 3: Specialization & Leadership Development

Take ownership of key projects to improve logistics workflows and delivery efficiency, specifically tailored to the chemical industry.

Develop problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities in real-world logistics scenarios.

Lead process improvements to streamline operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field/discipline.

Candidate possess Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Business Studies / Administration are preferable.
