Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company Sdn Bhd invites aspiring candidates to join the Management Trainee Komune Living Wellness program. This entry-level role includes 6 months of operations training (barista) and supervisory exposure to develop leadership and service skills in a busy retail environment.

The program aims to deliver the Starbucks Experience through prompt service, high-quality beverages and a clean, welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Malaysian citizens only.
Basic communication skills.
English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Outgoing personality, customer service oriented & enjoy meeting people.
Comfortable to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
Willing to relocate and travel.

Responsibilities

6 months training of operations (barista role) and management (supervisor role), to develop skills and knowledge in food & beverage retail industry.
