Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated team member to support daily operations, food preparation, and customer service within our AEON-linked environment.

You will ensure smooth kitchen and seating areas per company SOP, monitor staff productivity, assist in sales and stock analysis, and handle customer feedback while maintaining halal records and shifting duties as required. Outstation deployment may occur during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations and food preparation per SOP.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Ensure clean, safe kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with management and AEON partners.
• Monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Record and update halal matters, pest control, and audits.
• Conduct kitchen helper interviews.
• Report sales and stock daily; support target achievement.

Job description

-Learning in depth knowledge regarding the company’s background, operation & participate in strategic planning.

-To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.

-Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.

-Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.

-Collaborate with the management and AEON management.

-Keeps work area clean and organize.

-Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.

-Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

-Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.

-Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.

-Conduct interview for kitchen helper position.

-Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).

-Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Work according to shift.

-Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.

-Report sales performances weekly with progress to achieve the target given.

-Able to go outstation during rotation.
