About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee at SINOTRANS LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD, based in Shah Alam/Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering hands-on experience across various departments, with the goal of developing your leadership skills and preparing you for a management role within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Rotating through different departments, including operations (freight forwarding/warehousing/project), to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business
  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of logistics and distribution tasks
  • Participating in project management, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings within our operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the organisation's success

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen interest in logistics and distribution, with a desire to pursue management
