Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; final-semester internship candidates encouraged.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers; English required; Bahasa Malaysia an added advantage.
• Willing to work with non-halal (pork) products.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt across departments and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Support day-to-day accounting operations and data entry into the computerised accounting system.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of records.
• Support day-to-day outlet operation functions across the branch network.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and analysing sales data.
• Help follow up on outlet operations and reporting.
• Assist in marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Support the creation of marketing content and analysis of marketing data.
• Carry out general administrative tasks and support people operations.
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as required by management across departments.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Seremban. The Management Trainee programme is designed to develop fresh talent into future leaders through structured job rotation across our core departments — Accounts, Sales & Operations, Marketing, and Administration.

Rather than being fixed to a single desk, the successful candidate will gain hands‑on exposure to how a multi‑branch retail and food distribution business runs end to end. This role offers a clear career path towards executive and management positions for candidates who show strong potential during the programme.

Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; students in their final semester of internship are also welcome.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our predominantly Chinese‑speaking customers and liaise with Chinese‑speaking suppliers; English is also required, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in an environment that involves handling non‑halal (pork) products.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt across different departments and tasks.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and result‑oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Willing to be based in Seremban.
