Mr. Tomato Fresh Market Sdn. Bhd. in Klang, Selangor is hiring a Store Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, lead staff, and ensure smooth store performance. You will manage stock, displays, and reporting while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work 6 days a week and travel between branches when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including cleanliness and product display.
• Lead and supervise staff across departments with efficient manpower allocation.
• Provide training, coaching, and discipline when needed.
• Monitor stock levels, receiving and display, minimize waste.
• Track daily sales performance and assist in achieving targets.
• Submit daily sales and reports to management.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and SOP compliance.
• Communicate between branch and head office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience.

• Willing to work 6 days per week on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must possess own transport for inter-branch travel.

Responsibility

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily branch operations, including cleanliness, product display, and staff coordination.
• Lead, schedule, and supervise staff across all departments to ensure efficient manpower allocation without unnecessary costs or overtime.
• Provide staff training, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate receiving and proper display, and minimize wastage and spoilage.
• Track daily sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets.
• Submit daily sales and operational reports to management.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the branch and head office.
• Travel between branches as required to support operations.
• Undertake any additional tasks and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
