Job description

Our 2-year Management Trainee Programme provides a platform to explore different functions within the business, offering valuable experience to identify your preferred career path. We operate as a small team, enabling direct interactions with senior management and opportunities to develop your professional skills.

You can choose to explore various business functions, including:

1. Business Administration
2. Operations Management
3. HR/Accounting Support
4. Marketing

In each department, you will support and be involved in planning and improving the Group’s operations and administrative processes.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, International Business & Trade, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or IT
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates, especially Bumiputra undergraduates with strong academics, extracurricular involvement, and leadership qualities, are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients (multilingual skills are an advantage)
