About the role

Embark on an exciting career journey as a Management Trainee at ROCK MAESTRO SDN. BHD. in the vibrant city of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our event & brand management operations, enabling you to develop into a well-rounded business professional.

What you'll be doing

• Participate in comprehensive training programs to gain a deep understanding of our brand's strategy, marketing initiatives, and business operations
• Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. ensure that employees follow SOPs & implementing new policies)
• Understand each department’s (e.g. Event, In Store, Creative, Account, HR, ES, Operations) daily processes and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective brand-building campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and activities to enhance event & brand visibility
• Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media
• Provide support in managing customer relationships and addressing their needs
• Develop a solid understanding of the marketing and communications industry

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• A proactive and adaptable mindset
• Willingness andability to work on weekends, as required
• Able towork a 6-day week with 1 day off.
