At GIF Blinds (M) Sdn Bhd, we’ve been in the window blinds and curtain industry for over 25 years, serving clients across whole Malaysia and Singapore. We’re based in Johor Bahru and specialize in providing modern, customizable blinds to interior retailers, renovation contractors, and designers.

Now, we’re looking for a Management Trainee who is passionate about learning the core functions of business operations, especially in administrative support and sales coordination. At the meanwhile, to be trained to become the top management of the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to:

Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly manager’s meeting and other executive meetings.

Coordinate sales orders, delivery schedules, and job sheets with internal departments (sales, warehouse, production)

Support customer communication by preparing quotations, answering basic inquiries, and following up on orders

Provide support in trainings and events whenever needed.

Typing, compiling and preparing sales reports, presentations and correspondence.

Who We’re Looking For

Must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Comfortable dealing with different teams and managing follow-ups independently
