Job Summary
The Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop future leaders within the organisation. Trainees will undergo structured training across restaurant operations, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership to gain the knowledge and practical experience required for future management positions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure food quality, customer service, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
- Support outlet opening and closing procedures.
Team Support
- Assist in staff scheduling and work allocation.
- Participate in employee coaching and training activities.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Practice FIFO inventory management.
- Assist in monthly stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Assist in sales reporting, stock reports, attendance records, and other operational documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and administrative duties when required.
Learning & Development
- Participate actively in structured training programmes and operational assessments.
- Learn company policies, leadership competencies, and operational management practices.
- Take on progressively higher responsibilities throughout the training programme.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be rotated to different outlets based on business requirements.
