Accenture’s Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice works with clients globally in the area of Human Resource Transformation (HRT) and Talent Management (TM). This offering helps in enabling our clients to implement an HR Service Delivery Model that aligns with the business strategy and builds a highly effective and efficient HR organization. The offering defines, develops, and deploys the talent management strategy of the client through talent management analytics and tools. The HRT & TM group offers consulting experience in both distributed and client-facing environments.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leadership responsibilities: Focus on growing the practice by ensuring the right strategies and actions are in place. Achieve target metrics on productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, headcount growth, controlling attrition, and maintaining high engagement and delivery quality.
- Engagement Management: Manage engagement risks, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverables, and ensure buy-in from top management levels at the client.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.
- People Development: Act as a counselor and coach, provide input into staffing processes, and participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
- Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, create industry perspectives, support marketing collateral, and participate in industry publications and speaking engagements.
- Workstream Leadership: Lead initiatives to design HR capabilities, experiences, and processes, bringing in deep understanding of HR practices, capabilities, and innovations, including HR technology and digital tools.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their current landscape, identify opportunities for improvement, digitization, and capability transformation.
Job Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in HR Transformation and Talent Management projects.
- Hands-on experience in relevant projects.
- Deep expertise in areas such as Cloud/Digital HR, HR Processes, HR Analytics, HR Technology, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management.
- Experience with large project management, HR Service Delivery models, and HRIT/ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
- Knowledge of HR outsourcing models and international client experience is desirable.
