As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional, you’ll help clients across various industries in Change Management, Learning Design and Development, Organizational Analytics, and HR Transformation. You’ll develop innovative learning strategies and solutions, assist clients in managing organizational change, and facilitate smooth transitions. Essentially, you’ll be part of the team shaping the workforce of the future!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Change Management Consulting Manager in our HR-T&O practice, your typical day might include:
- Discovering stakeholders’ challenges and expectations, and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformation programs
- Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications
- Helping clients develop their change capabilities and become more agile
- Co-creating solutions, conducting user review sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Conducting Change Management Impact Analyses and developing treatment plans
- Implementing strategies to prepare organizations for new business processes
- Supporting Change Measurement activities using Change Readiness tools
- Collaborating with the HR Transformation team on HR Systems implementations like Oracle, SuccessFactors, and Workday
- Working with a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
- Collaborating with industry experts
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to practice-building activities such as recruiting, training, and community engagement
- Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale change initiatives
Job Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in HR change management programs
- At least 5 years of consulting or professional services experience for managerial roles
- Experience in related areas like HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g., Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness) is highly desirable
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments
- Comfort with digital solutions in information systems/technology-driven environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver impactful communications to senior audiences and facilitate complex discussions
- Strong relationship-building skills at the executive level
