The Role:

  • Participate in all activities of the Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP).
  • Undergo on-the-job training aligned with your selected Management Associate Track (Actuarial/Finance, Operations, Business, Governance, Distribution).
  • Manage projects across the company to develop leadership skills, including initiatives like LIFE Programme, Townhalls, Career Fairs, School Adoption Programmes, Industrial Visits, and Employer Branding activities.
  • Engage in personal development interventions to accelerate growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technological advancements to understand risks and enhance safeguards.
  • Identify potential concerns or risks and share best practices in risk management.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as required.

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting & Finance, BioHealth/Biotechnology/Biomedical Science, Economics, Business, Information Technology, Law, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of work experience.
  • Driven, adaptable, and passionate about excellence.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High integrity, accountable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
