Managed Security Service Architect (Infrastructure) in Kuala Lumpur at Logicalis

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Creation & Proposal:
  • Develop and propose managed security service solutions, focusing on SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and Threat Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative security solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Prepare and respond to RFP (Request for Proposal) proposals.
• Customer Adoption & Success:
  • Engage with customers to drive adoption of managed security services.
  • Conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts) and workshops to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Participate in customer success activities to increase revenue and secure renewals.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Act as the technical lead for security project implementations.
  • Provide support and enablement to the security operations team.
  • Ensure the successful deployment and operation of security solutions.
• Serve as the technical expert when managing security service sales requests.
• Assist the sales team in crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
• Work with sales to qualify and respond to opportunities.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Customer security service adoption rate.
  • Managed security service sales opportunities and revenue.
  • Managed security service renewal rate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of proven experience in managed security services, focusing on SOC technologies (SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR/XDR, etc).
• Strong technical background in security architecture and implementation.
• Good experience in SIEM/SOAR, threat hunting, detection rules, and automation engineering.
• Experience with Cisco Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and other SIEM/SOAR platforms is required.
• Experience in SOC operations.
• Experience with EDR or XDR is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, Splunk, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Ability to provide support for the APAC region.
