We’re looking for a proactive Mall Operations Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our mall – ensuring everything runs like clockwork for tenants, shoppers, and stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll oversee building services, facilities management, and vendor coordination (security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.), all while driving operational efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and service.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Operational Excellence

Supervise all service providers and ensure daily routines, manpower deployment, and checklists are followed.

Oversee building systems, maintenance schedules, and emergency preparedness.

Cost & Budget Control

Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and optimize utility usage without compromising service quality.

Track and report OPEX performance to senior management.

Lead and support a dedicated team across security, housekeeping, maintenance, leasing support, and customer service.

Foster interdepartmental collaboration to resolve operational and tenant issues swiftly.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure timely renewal of service contracts, licenses, permits, insurance, and claims.

Enforce adherence to internal SOPs, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Stakeholder & Tenant Management

Be the go-to problem solver for tenant and customer feedback.

Build strong relationships to ensure a positive experience for all mall users.

What You’ll Bring

Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety and health, Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Building Services or related field.

5–7 years’ experience in mall/building/facilities operations management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong vendor and contract management skills.

Knowledge of M&E systems, building maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

A hands-on, proactive mindset and ability to work flexible hours if needed
