There are two (2) available positions for the Mall Manager role:

• Mall Manager, AEON Mall Kinta City, Perak – 1 position
• Mall Manager, AEON Mall Ipoh Station, Perak – 1 position

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease agreements, and occupancy rates.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events to drive foot traffic.
• Monitor and optimize mall profitability and revenue streams.
• Ensure facility maintenance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for business growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to enhance mall performance.
• Lead and develop a team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in mall management, retail operations, or property management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Knowledge of leasing, tenant management, and property regulations.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize revenue.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to enhance visitor experience.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as required.
• The candidate must be able to work in AEON Mall Kinta City & Ipoh Station, Perak.
