We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our pre-engineered building products to potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate project inquiries from various sources, including corporate clients, consulting firms, public and private sector organizations, individuals, and NGOs.
  • Submit quote request forms to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements or consultant drawings to get project cost estimates.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals to present to customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to finalize contracts.
  • Coordinate between customers and the head office to ensure successful and timely project completion.
  • Ensure timely payment collection or secure letters of credit for projects.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and regularly report to supervisors.
  • Carry out marketing and promotional activities.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide customer service.
  • Explore and develop new markets within the country or region.

Job Requirements:

  • Have a University Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
  • Must have selling experience in Pre-Engineering Building (PEB) / Structural Steel, at least 2-3 years of sales in the PEB sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge in civil or mechanical engineering, or architecture.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to manage and lead people effectively.
  • Skilled in negotiation and influencing others.
