Job summary

FlexLink Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a result-driven technical sales professional to market and sell Industrial Process Solutions, including FlexLink Conveyor and robotic end-of-line systems. You will expand opportunities with new customers, maintain key partners, and drive growth while collaborating with the Application/Project team to deliver complete, sellable solutions.

Travel and independent work are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years of technical sales experience in similar field.
• Able to travel independently and often.
• Able to explain technical concepts, solutions and value propositions.
• Knowledge of drawing tools such as AutoCAD / Inventor / 3D is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing & sales of Industrial Process Solutions products, especially FlexLink products.
• Achieve business growth by expanding opportunities to new customers via marketing activities.
• Maintain and expand current partners and end users, including Global Key Accounts.
• Meet business targets and yearly KPIs.
• Report in CRM and other required weekly or monthly reports.
• Work with Application/Project team to produce sellable solutions.
• Coordinate solution development and prepare concepts, drawings, costs and proposals.
• Convert qualified prospects to sales by understanding customers' needs and delivering value.

Job description

• Responsible for marketing & sales of Industrial Process Solutions products, especially FlexLink products including but not limited to FlexLink Conveyor and robotic end of the line.
• Achieve business growth by expansion of opportunities to new customers via marketing activities such as cold calls, visits, LinkedIn, exhibitions, etc.
• Maintain and expand current partners and end users (especially Global Key Accounts)
• Meet business targets and yearly KPIs.
• Reporting in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other required weekly or monthly reports.
• Work closely with the Application/Project team to produce sellable solutions.
• Co-ordinate the solution development process and preparation of concept drawings, presentations, costs and proposals.
• Convert qualified prospects to sales by understanding customers’ businesses, challenges and requirements, proposing solutions that deliver benefits.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering with 3 years of technical sales experience in similar field.
• Independent and willing to travel.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, solutions and value propositions.
• Possess knowledge of business concepts and manufacturing processes in FMCG, pharmaceutical, tobacco, electronic, and/or automotive industries would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of drawing tools such as AutoCAD / Inventor / 3D is preferable.
