Qualifications

  • Experience in international registration for cosmetics/household chemicals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NOT certification.
  • Proficiency in a Malaysia language (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai) is a plus.

  • Handle official registration and declaration processes for imported products.
  • Execute product registration requirements and organize registration issues.
  • Provide feedback and follow-up to ensure alignment with headquarters.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1.Independently handle official registration and declaration processes for products imported to Southeast Asian markets, including formula restriction/compliance screening.

2.Execute product registration requirements proposed by headquarters, organize registration issues, and provide feedback and follow-up to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

1、Diploma or above in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Pharmacy, or related fields. Experience in international registration for cosmetics/household chemicals is preferred.

2、In-depth knowledge of Southeast Asian regulations for cosmetics, Familiarity with NOT certification.

3、Strong English proficiency (CET-4 or equivalent required); proficiency in a Malaysia language (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai) is a plus.
