An established industry player is seeking a dedicated instructor to enhance training programs in aircraft maintenance. In this role, you will develop comprehensive training materials and deliver engaging lessons to aspiring engineers. About This Role
Develop and revise training document (Maintenance Training Programme, Training Notes, Instructor Presentation & Practical Training Logbook) as assigned. The delivery of training appropriately in accordance with the authorisation held and the policy of this Exposition. Prepare audio/visual aids necessary in support of the courses planned. Conduct Type/Task Training (Theoretical & Practical) as per the Master Roster QF 07-M-004 and to the policy established in this Exposition. Always maintain high standard of instructional technique. Maintain a high level of discipline and punctuality amongst students and ensure the regulations of Engineering Training are always properly conveyed and adhered. Ensure that all training aids are correctly utilized and maintained. Ensure that classroom is tidied at the end of each instructing day. Organize aircraft visits for enhancement to the lessons conducted. Prepare course completion report. As a mentor to guide and coach weak students in their academic performance and compilation of students’ progress reports. Research and review training methods to enhance the level of training.

The Certificate of Recognition should address the category of licence corresponding to the speciality of the instructor (for example: B2 for an avionic instructor); and
Note: In order to avoid conflicts of interest, the Part 147 examination & practical assessment should not be attended in CAE unless specific measures are taken and accepted by CAAM to demonstrate that the integrity of the examination is ensured.
