Job summary

ASE Electronics Malaysia is seeking a hands-on EOL Maintenance Technician to own the designated EOL Package Saw area. You will apply strong knowledge of saw singulation equipment, plan preventive maintenance, monitor downtime, and implement improvements to prevent recurrences.

You will also troubleshoot line equipment, establish a safe working environment, and develop technicians in operation and troubleshooting skills, supporting shift-based line sustainment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in End of Line (EOL) assembly, familiar with Package Saw.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of machine sequences and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years working experience in MNC especially in End of line assembly operation andfamiliar in Package Saw.
• Detailed knowledge on machine sequence and majortroubleshooting.
• Diploma/Certificate in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical or Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in the related filed or equivalent.
