Responsibilities

1. Monitor Rel Lab Ops priority at LM80 chamber. Monitor quality operations.
2. Track Equipment MTBA/MTBF/OEE/Rel Productivity capacity.
3. Follow Engineer/Manager instructions and operation procedures on work assignments.
4. Execute machine troubleshooting and handle improvement projects.
5. Issuance/withdrawal of spare parts. Coordinate vendor activity. Shipment management for spare part repair/calibration.
6. Assist in the quarterly finance asset cycle count.
7. Assist to prepare OEE, BSC weekly data compilation, MTBA/MTBF data compilation, Safety Jail, MTBA report, Quality/Yield escalation.
8. Prepare RnM troubleshooting procedure and perform repetitive minor maintenance work.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Verbal and written communication skills, English/Malay language.
• Good attendance/attitude, self-manage and capable to communicate with vendors or customers.
• Field of Study: Any Engineering field
• Years of Experience (Minimum): 3 - 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic skills of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
