Job summary

Qualifications

• SKM or Technical Diploma with 2–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience in electrical, HVAC and building maintenance.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
