Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment in Juru, Pulau Pinang. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

This role supports energy management, inspects installations for safety compliance, and assists with installation and modification of equipment. You will review work orders and follow defined procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• SKM or Technical Diploma 2-5 years of job-related experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong experience in electrical, HVAC & building maintenance.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities
