Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Must have 20/40 corrected vision.
• Experience as maintenance or equipment technician.
• Electrical experience including proximity sensors, servo motors, cameras, PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Tool and machine background including basic machinist skills and soldering.
• Familiar with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Must sit/stand for 90 consecutive minutes.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM tasks with manufacturing to minimize downtime while maintaining 90% on-time delivery.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering on projects related to equipment and upgrades.
• Occasionally perform light machining and basic electrical controls repairs.
• Use Solution Center Tools Level 1 to communicate manufacturing issues.
• Assemble and debug new tooling.
• Troubleshoot and maintain current tooling.
• Order and maintain purchased tooling and replacement tools.
