Job summary

A dynamic company seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for supporting machine monitoring and addressing maintenance issues promptly. The role requires experience with material handling systems and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate must be willing to work at MR DIY HQ in Seri Kembangan and on a rotational shift basis.

Qualifications

• Experience with conveyor, lifter, AGV/AMR, ASRS.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work at MR DIY HQ, Seri Kembangan.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day machine monitoring and maintenance to ensure smooth business operation.
• Attend to breakdown & maintenance complaints promptly.
• Perform minor repairs and diagnose faults.

Job description

Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day machine monitoring and maintenances to ensure smooth business operation
• Attend to breakdown & maintenance complaints promptly
• Scheduled maintenance works according to the checklist at designated areas / sites
• Perform minor repair & diagnose faults
• Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machine where required
• Maintain proper record of machines & machine service history
• Perform ad hoc or other jobs as assigned by the engineer
• Assist Lead Engineers to review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintenance program.

Requirement:

• Experience with Material handling system (MHS) such as conveyor, lifter, AGV/AMR, ASRS.
• Willing to work on rotational shift
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must willing to work at MR DIY HQ, Seri Kembangan
