Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Report to the Building Manager, Facility Manager, or Building Executive.
2. Attend to electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing works, and other maintenance tasks.
3. Conduct daily inspections of common areas.
4. Record daily meter readings accurately.
5. Assist in monitoring and supervising maintenance and repair works carried out by contractors.
6. Attend to and follow up on owner/tenant complaints.
7. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
8. Ensure all permits and licenses are current and comply with relevant authority requirements.
9. Perform minor and major repairs on buildings and non-network related equipment.
10. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment, including inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters.
11. Maintain records of all scheduled maintenance procedures.
12. Repair electrical equipment and control circuits as needed.
