Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Simpang Ampat. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, and industrial maintenance tasks.

Job Scope:

• Understand client needs and plan the work for the team
• Schedule tasks and make sure work is done on time
• Follow all safety and legal rules during maintenance
• Handle client complaints and feedback
• Attend meetings and report progress
• Check and guide fire safety maintenance and installation
• Investigate any fire system issues
• Give fire safety training
• Prepare reports using Building Reports system
• Learn and follow fire safety laws and standards (UBBL, Fire Services Act, NFPA, etc.)

Requirements:

• Experience in building or fire system maintenance
• Good planning and communication skills
• Able to work with a team
• Knowledge of fire safety rules is a plus
