Job description

Requirements:

• Holders of SKM Level 2/3, PW2 @ PW4, Wireman / Aircond, or related fields relevant to building maintenance.
• Fresh graduates or those with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Scope of Work:

• Maintenance of various systems and equipment in the shopping mall, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems, and CCTVs.
• Regular inspection of buildings and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
• Implement preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as welding, grinding, and installation as needed.
• Monitor electrical, water consumption, and lighting for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained through periodic servicing and repairs.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year.
