Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, sauna, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair any facility or equipment issues promptly (e.g., lighting, water supply, towel warmers, massage beds, aroma diffusers).
• Respond to urgent repair requests from outlets and hostels.
• Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers when specialized servicing is required.
• Keep records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure tools and spare parts are properly managed and stored.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during all maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge and hands‑on experience in electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Experience in facility/maintenance work is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
• Good problem‑solving skills and a responsible attitude.
• Possess own transport (preferred).
• Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law.
