Position: Maintenance Technician

This role involves implementing preventive, predictive, and total productive maintenance programs to ensure production equipment operates efficiently and product quality meets standards.

Location

Krubong, Melaka. The site is in a vibrant industrial area close to malls, restaurants, parks, and a stadium, offering a rich cultural experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance activities to support production.
• Handle equipment conversion and troubleshooting for automotive and non-automotive lines.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute installation, maintenance, and support of manufacturing equipment.
• Practice Total Productive Maintenance to maintain optimal machine condition.
• Participate in new equipment installation, setup, and qualification processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in computer applications and understanding of technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing machinery is an advantage.
