Job description

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and reports.

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when necessary.

Support production operations by minimizing equipment downtime.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work areas.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; technical school or certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Preferred Skills:
