The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

1. Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting
2. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on machinery and production equipment.
3. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
4. Perform root cause analysis for recurring equipment problems and propose corrective actions.
5. Ensure all machines and equipment operate safely and efficiently.

Equipment Setup & Calibration

1. Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new machines or production lines.
2. Ensure machines meet operational specifications and safety standards.
3. Support production during equipment changeovers for timely setup and optimal output.

Safety & Compliance

1. Ensure maintenance activities adhere to safety guidelines, regulations, and SOPs.
2. Monitor and report unsafe equipment or working conditions immediately.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area.

Cross-Team Support & Improvement Initiatives

1. Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve technical issues affecting output or quality.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and machinery compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to breakdowns or emergencies.

Location: Eco Business Park 1, Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru.
