Overall, Purpose of the Job
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for safely applying procedures for operating surface equipment, tools, and techniques to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service to customers with the highest standards of Service Quality and no HSE incidents, in accordance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
Principal Duties
- Adhere to Deleum Code of Business Conduct.
- Comply with the requirements of the competence management system, including the Performance Based on Competency Program (PBCP).
- Follow Deleum and/or customer’s QHSE requirements.
- Ensure all inventory and certificates are up-to-date for SWCP, Lubricators, BOP, and stuffing box.
- Perform service, maintenance, and assist with inspections of SWCP, Lubricators, BOP, and stuffing box as per maintenance schedule.
- Repair additional equipment such as air compressors and Gensets as needed, following the maintenance program.
- Maintain proper condition and storage of tools at the base.
- Assist in completing work orders for all repairs and services on SWCP, Lubricators, BOP, and stuffing box.
- Support Maintenance Technicians and wireline operators with inspections and safety checks on relevant equipment.
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor in failure investigations related to the equipment.
- Attend daily toolbox meetings at the base and offshore.
- Keep the workplace clean, tidy, and free of obstructions.
- Ensure equipment is in good condition before mobilization for location use.
- Participate in function tests with client or third-party witnesses prior to offshore mobilization.
- Periodically go offshore for preventive maintenance on wireline units under supervision.
- Perform any additional tasks reasonably related to the job and within your qualifications and expertise.

Academic / Professional Qualifications
Minimum SPM qualification with additional Vocational/Technical certification.
