Job description

Job Description:

• Conducts troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines, equipment, accessories, and other facilities used in precision machining production floor.
• To ensure all machine are regularly inspected and maintained in good working condition at all times.
• To work towards zero breakdown by effectively carry out preventive maintenance program according to the schedule.
• To make routine check on machines and equipment to ensure machines and equipment are working in good condition.
• To troubleshoot and recommend solution to electrical or electronics problem and if necessary, repair the fault.
• Maintain 5S and Safety for workplace at all time.

Job requirements:

• Possesses Certificate/Diploma in Electrical field or any equivalent vocational or technical institutions.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting role on cnc machine and others equipment's in a manufacturing environment preferably in precision manufacturing industry.
• Have knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic system.
• A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and high concern on safety.
• Works well in a team environment and able to work under challenging situations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and following established safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
