About the role

Robin Village Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Senai, Johor. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and directing a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks
2. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and maximise equipment reliability
3. Troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues, and providing technical guidance to the maintenance team
4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the integration of maintenance activities with overall operations
5. Monitoring and reporting on maintenance KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
7. Participating in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and capital projects

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor or similar role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of maintenance techniques and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
