Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage VAT MY Plant 1A & 1B Building Services, including janitorial services (cleaning and maintaining the facility).
• Landscaping services (maintaining the grounds and exterior of the facility).
• Pest/hygiene control (identifying and addressing pest and hygiene issues).
• Office furniture management (ordering, assembling, and maintaining furniture as needed).
• Develop and implement procedures and protocols for each service area to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor and maintain budgets for each service area and recommend cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall smooth operation of the facility.
• RBA, ISO compliance in day-to-day operations.

Job Expectations

• Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and protocols for each service area (e.g., Janitorial, Landscaping, Pest/Hygiene Control, and Office-Related Furniture) to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Create and manage budgets for each service area, with recommendations for cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure compliance with VAT MY Safety and Security Protocol regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
• Manage and supervise services provider staff to motivate and ensure the highest level of performance.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of each building services area, identify opportunities for improvement, and address challenges and issues as they arise.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of relevant equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to facility building services operations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility building services.
• Aim for zero interruption to plant daily operations directly or indirectly caused by building services.
