Job description

Respond to machinery/tester breakdowns.

Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance, including preventive maintenance.

Procure specialized components, fixtures, or fittings and liaise with suppliers.

Manage budgets and maintain financial records.

Oversee stock of supplies and equipment.

Diagnose faults or breakdowns of machinery/testers.

Supervise engineers and technicians, monitoring their skills and performance.

Assist the Manager/Operations Manager in daily tasks and oversee overall maintenance performance.

Lead a maintenance team to execute maintenance operations and responsibilities.

Study new machinery and facilities; recommend or select efficient options.

Develop maintenance systems towards predictive and autonomous maintenance.

Stay updated on new equipment technologies; propose innovations to management to meet future needs and reduce costs.

Recruit staff, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and oversee staff development and competence.

Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for maintenance work.

Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
