Job summary

A leading company in the maintenance sector is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team at Sungai Way Brewery. The role involves coordinating between various departments to ensure efficient maintenance operations and executing strategic projects. Candidates should possess a technical degree and relevant experience in maintenance planning, along with proficiency in data management and planning software.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or operations is required.
  • Ability to work effectively with CMMS and scheduling software.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the planning team alongside maintenance engineers and storekeepers.
  • Handle CMMS conversion project and data management.
  • Interface with maintenance execution teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Maintenance Planner

Location : Sungai Way Brewery
Salary : Up to RM4200

Responsibilities:

  • Works in the planning team together with maintenance engineerand the storekeeper.
  • Interfaces with the planned maintenance execution team and the spare parts store.
  • Most important stakeholder is planned maintenance execution team as internal customer.
  • Working on the CMMS Conversion project
  • Maintenance Strategies Project
  • Data management for CMMS

Requirements:

  • Preferably Technical degree.
  • 1 - 3 year experience in maintenance or operations
  • Affinity with planning & scheduling; ability to effectively plan ahead.
  • Good knowledge and working experience with maintenance planning, preparation and scheduling.
  • Good knowledge and working experience with supply and inventory management work processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with the CMMS and with planning/scheduling software.
  • Good reporting and data handling/basic computer skills.
  • Understands workflow management process and master's gatekeeping principle. Is able to chair the gatekeeping meeting and can facilitate the meeting in an effective manner.
  • Ability to work structured and disciplined; set clear (working) priorities in workload and able to keep to agreements and work under pressure/stress (i.e. ensures the planned workflow does not suffer from multiple breakdown interferences.
  • Proficient in spoken and writen English.
