Job description

Planning, scheduling, supervising, and guiding a team of maintenance technician on related activity.

To develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies that align with company goals and production schedules.

Assist in allocating resources, including manpower, tools, equipment spare parts inventory to support maintenance activity.

Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks to minimize equipment downtime and production disruptions.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, preventive maintenance plans and equipment history.

Collaborate with external vendors and contractor for specialized repair, parts sourcing and technical support to ensure assigned task achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Preferably specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
