Job description
  • Lead the maintenance team and resources to meet specified requirements, costs and target.
  • Formulate improvement programs and implement adequate monitoring and controls for the maintenance functions.
  • Plans, prioritize, and manage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Establish maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, maintenance history of factory equipment.
  • Manage maintenance plans, progress and costs to ensure conformance to schedule and budget.
  • Adjust, update and communicate maintenance plans as needed.
  • Analyse causes of downtime, implement improvements focused on the elimination of repetitive failure and report regularly with the management.
  • Meet regularly with relevant departments to discuss issues, solutions and plans.
  • Provide and renders full technical support to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with other leaders/managers to share best practices towards operational excellence.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Plant Utilities, Facilities and Production Equipment Maintenance is required; preferably in Food Processing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry.
  • Track record in setting up or enhancing Maintenance Management System, and/or project management experience in green or brown field projects are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in Food Safety / GMP is a plus point.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is good to have but not compulsory.
  • Required languages: English (at least written, preferably spoken) and Indonesia.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office – especially Excel, PPT and MS Project.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service skills
  • Independent problem solving, negotiation and decision making and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Possess a wide range of technical competence including the ability to understand and trouble shoot process and packaging machineries (Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic).
