Position Summary

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and operational efficiency of all sterilization equipment and facility infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime, process interruptions, non-conformance, and compliance with industry standards.

Duties
  1. Equipment Management: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability & compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, documentation, and validation protocols.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and implement best practices.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure sterilization processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, develop a team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  6. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting: Address equipment failures, malfunctions, or emergencies by conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment of sterilization processes with business objectives and customer requirements.
  8. Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sterilization engineering budget.
  10. Training and Documentation: Provide training to sterilization engineering staff and maintain proper documentation.
  11. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with sterilization processes, equipment, and facilities by implementing risk management strategies.
Education Degree

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Required Experience

A strong technical skill in mechanical and electrical engineering, along with expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
