Position Summary

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and operational efficiency of all sterilization equipment and facility infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime, process interruptions, non-conformance, and compliance with industry standards.

Duties
  1. Equipment Management
    Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Regulatory Compliance
    Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, guidelines; maintain accurate records, documentation, and validation protocols.
  3. Process Optimization
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization; implement best practices.
  4. Quality Assurance
    Ensure sterilization processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Team Leadership and Development
    Lead, develop, and support a team through guidance and training.
  6. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting
    Handle equipment failures, malfunctions, or emergencies by conducting root cause analyses and corrective actions.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration
    Align sterilization processes with business objectives and customer requirements.
  8. Vendor and Supplier Management
    Maintain relationships with equipment suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Budget Management
    Develop and oversee the sterilization engineering budget.
  10. Training and Documentation
    Provide training to sterilization engineering staff and ensure proper documentation.
  11. Risk Management
    Identify and mitigate risks related to sterilization processes, equipment, and facilities by implementing risk management strategies.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 15 years of technical experience in mechanical and electrical fields, with expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance.
