Maintenance Manager

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Manage the full spectrum of the Maintenance department to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and facilities.

1. Lead the maintenance team to meet business needs by developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies supporting all production lines.
2. Continuously improve manufacturing capacity, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain equipment reliability through preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
3. Develop and enforce maintenance policies, procedures, and standards for equipment and facilities.
4. Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks, minimizing operational disruptions.
5. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and adequate supplies.
6. Develop and oversee the maintenance budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
7. Implement and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, equipment history, and schedules.
8. Evaluate equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
9. Prepare reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and budget expenditures for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and manufacturing-related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
