Job summary

Job description

As Maintenance Manager at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overall maintenance and engineering operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our hotel facilities, equipment and building systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractors and statutory requirements, and support energy and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Working closely with hotel leadership and operational teams, you will ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly while maintaining IHG brand and safety standards.
