Job Description

Employee Type: Contingent (2 years contract)

1. Develop and revise training documents (Maintenance Training Programme, Training Notes & Instructor Presentation) as assigned.
2. Deliver training appropriately in accordance with the held authorizations and the policy of this exposition.
3. Prepare audio/visual aids necessary to support the courses planned.
4. Conduct ‘CAAM Non-Approved Training’ as per the Master Roster QF 07-M-004, maintaining high instructional standards.
5. Maintain discipline and punctuality among students, ensuring that Engineering Training regulations are properly conveyed and adhered to.
6. Ensure all training aids are correctly utilized and maintained.
7. Keep the classroom tidy at the end of each instructing day.
8. Prepare course completion reports.
9. Mentor students by guiding and coaching those with academic difficulties and compile students’ progress reports.
10. Research and review training methods to enhance training quality.
